2nd Consultation (In Person):

• Provide a tentative birthing plan, practice comfort movements, and receive updates on the pregnancy progress.

• Offer ongoing support and the option for additional meetings to discuss topics such as dietary needs, home preparation, and breastfeeding support.

Continued Support:

• Offer flexibility for additional meetings as desired.

• Cover extensive topics including dietary needs, home preparation, and breastfeeding support.

• Prepare for birth through birth plan and affirmation creation.

Available Communication:

• Available for calls/texts from 21 weeks onward.

• Provide 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks of gestation until the baby is due.

DURING BIRTH

Continuous Labor Support:

• Provide continuous support throughout the entire duration of labor.

• Available to monitor, assist, or actively participate based on your needs and preferences.

• Advocacy and Communication:

• Remind and advocate for your desired birthing experience.

• Explain and keep you updated on any medical changes or procedures that may arise during labor.

Comfort Measures:

• Offer hands-on comfort measures as desired for pain relief and emotional support.

• Coach and support family members on how they can actively engage and assist you during the labor process.

POSTPARTUM PERIOD:

• Schedule at least one in-person postpartum consultation when you're ready within the first week
