We come to your home during the day and offer much needed relief and guidance as needed. Hours are flexible between the hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm
5 Hours. 3 Days each week.
Day Time : 5 hour minimum

Overnight Support for Restful Nights
We know that nighttime can often be the most challenging part of bringing home a newborn. We assist in alleviating sleep deprivation with our overnight care. It is one of our most popular services, especially in the early weeks and months after birth. Our doulas can provide you with the restful night you deserve by offering:

Assistance with nighttime feedings, by bringing baby to mom or bottle feeding depending on your feeding plans
Assist with breastmilk storage and cleaning of pump parts throughout night
Nighttime diapering, burping, and settling your baby back to sleep, maximizing mom’s rest time
Long-term guidance through gentle sleep conditioning techniques using research-backed methods for a smoother sleep journey
