Grace is a certified birth and postpartum doula, CPR and NRP certified, with additional training in infant Craniosacral therapy. She is currently completing a lactation specialist certification to further support the families she works with. Grace began her career as a birth doula but quickly realized how much support often disappears once a baby arrives, and how easily mothers can be overlooked.
That led her to postpartum work, where her passion is caring for the whole family by first caring for the mother. She believes every well-supported home starts with a well-supported mom, and she loves helping parents feel confident, rested, and cared for during those early weeks.
Grace brings a calm, steady presence into every home. Whether it’s preparing nourishing meals, helping with light household tasks, caring for your newborn while you rest, or educating parents on infant care, her goal is to make the postpartum transition feel more manageable and less overwhelming. She also has experience supporting families with twins, reflux, and NICU graduates, and understands the unique needs these babies and parents often have.
As one of seven siblings with seven nieces and nephews, Grace has spent her life surrounded by babies and growing families. That lifelong love of the mother-baby bond continues to shape the way she cares for every family, with patience, warmth, and genuine compassion.
