As a sleep coach, Jessie enjoys helping families establish healthy sleep foundations
Jessica is a dedicated postpartum doula, newborn care specialist, sleep coach, and mother with more than 12 years of experience supporting families during the early stages of parenthood. Jessie attended Nyack College, where she studied Early Childhood Education and completed coursework toward her bachelor’s degree with a concentration in kindergarten education. Her background working with children of all ages provided a strong foundation for her career in newborn and family support.
Over the past 12 years, Jessie has worked extensively with newborns and infants, providing personalized care and guidance to families throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, South Jersey, and surrounding communities. She has supported countless families with singletons as well as more than 10 sets of twins, giving her valuable experience in meeting the unique needs of both individual newborns and multiples during the transition to parenthood.
As a sleep coach, Jessie enjoys helping families establish healthy sleep foundations while promoting rest and well-being for the entire household. She is committed to ongoing education and stays current on lactation support and the latest evidence-based practices in newborn and postpartum care.
In 2022, Jessie welcomed her son and experienced firsthand the transformative journey of motherhood. Becoming a mother deepened her appreciation for the postpartum period and strengthened her passion for supporting new parents as they adjust to life with a newborn. She and her husband cherish their close-knit family and understand the importance of compassionate, knowledgeable support during this significant transition.
Today, Jessie combines her professional expertise with her personal experience as a mother to provide thoughtful, individualized care tailored to each family’s unique needs. Her goal is to nurture the bonding period, ease the transition into parenthood, and help families feel rested, reassured, and confident as they welcome their newest addition.
